ASSET FINANCE.
Asset Finance covers three broad product categories:-CORPORATE ASSET FIANCE, HEALTHCARE FINANCE and INSURANCE PREMIUM FINANCE. Corporate Asset Finance provides Hire Purchase facilities and Finance Leasing to small and medium enterprises, Partnerships, sole-traders, and individuals. Healthcare finance provides operating lease facilities to NHS TRUSTS, and NHS FOUNDATION TRUSTS and MEDICAL SURGERY CENTRES. Insurance Premium Finance provides loans for the payment of insurance policy premiums.
WEALTH MANAGEMENT ADVISORY.
It has two operating divisions:-PERSONAL BANKING and CUSTODIAN BANKING SERVICES. It provides high net-worth individuals and entrepreneurs with good approach to wealth preservation and restructuring advice, multifamily office advice and set-up solutions, Credit Management solutions, Investment Management and Personal Investing advice. All these are provided on one-to-one by our sister company GOODWILL WEALTH ADVISORS LIMITED. Our clients include Pension Fund Managers, Charities, Trusts and Private investors. Personal Banking services offers domestic and International Mortgages through our sister company STANDARD DIRECT MORTGAGES LIMITED.

Our Investment Banking Operations provide mix of advisory services to small medium enterprises and high net-net worth financial investors. Areas of focus are Merger and Acquisition advisory services and leverage advisory service; debt syndication. real estate advisory and principal investments.

Stirling Capital Markets Limited is established to offer range of brokerage services to institutions, hedge funds, small medium and high net-worth individuals and Properiatory Forex Trading activities . All securities trading in London stock exchange. The business comprises:-Equity , Sales, Equity Research, Trading, Equity listing, corporate advisory. and structured Equity Products.
TREASURY.
It operates the corporate credit cards and credit management services of the business. Sterling Currency Factoring limited and Sterling Saving Acceptance Limited are the two key subsidiary of Sterling Transactions services Ltd. It also responsible for our interbank trading and bank funding activities.
